Day 7 – almost a full week of no smoking weed

Day 7 – its been a week. Or almost. The day is not over yet.

  • Stuff i did today
    • Sauna
    • Walk
    • Plan to do some weight training later today
  • Improvements so far
    • Better sleep except for a day or two
    • more rem sleep – about 15 – 30 min more
    • No munchies
      • This is huge
    • No naps
      • Not anti nap, but it does screw up my sleep schedule
