Day 7 – its been a week. Or almost. The day is not over yet.

- Sauna
- Walk
- Plan to do some weight training later today
- Improvements so far
- Better sleep except for a day or two
- more rem sleep – about 15 – 30 min more
- No munchies
- This is huge
- No naps
- Not anti nap, but it does screw up my sleep schedule
